Client portal terms of use

Last updated: 26 October 2026

These terms govern the use of the client portal (hereinafter “the Portal”), which you access through the personal link sent to you by the company you deal with (hereinafter “the Company”). By using the Portal, you accept these terms.

1. Purpose

Depending on what the Company makes available, the Portal lets you view your quotes, your invoices and the progress of your projects and interventions, reply online to a quote and send intervention requests to the Company.

2. Who does what

  • The company that sent you this link is responsible for the Portal opened to you: it chooses the documents published on it, is accountable for them and remains your sole point of contact for your quotes, invoices, projects and interventions.
  • The BL Next platform, published by BL NEXT, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of 3 000 €, RCS Avignon 999 963 382, whose registered office is at 2 place Alexandre Farnèse, 84000 Avignon, France (the “Publisher”), provides the Portal to the Company as a technical service provider. The Publisher is not a party to the business relationship between you and the Company (see the legal notice).

3. Your access link

Access to the Portal requires neither an account nor a password: it is granted through a personal link specific to your client file. This link is confidential. Anyone who holds it can view your documents and use the Portal as you would, including to reply to a quote: share it only with the people you authorise and do not publish it.

If the link has been disclosed, or if you think it may have been, ask the Company for a new link without delay: as soon as the Company generates it, the old link stops working.

4. Documents and replies to quotes

Documents made available on the Portal have the same value as those the Company sends you by e-mail. In the event of a discrepancy, the signed document or the invoice issued by the Company prevails.

Accepting a quote on the Portal counts as a “Bon pour accord” (approval to proceed): it is recorded with the date and time, together with the IP address and browser used, as evidence.

5. Intervention requests

An intervention request submitted on the Portal is forwarded to the Company, which decides how to follow it up: it is neither an order nor a commitment to intervene on a given date. In an emergency, contact the Company directly. Only attach the photos and information that are useful to your request.

6. Availability

Access to the Portal is provided on a best-efforts basis: it may be interrupted, in particular for maintenance or in the event of a technical incident. Your documents remain available from the Company on simple request by e-mail.

7. Personal data

The data relating to you that appears on the Portal or that you submit through it (contact details, documents, replies to quotes, intervention requests and attached photos) is processed by the Company, as data controller, to manage its relationship with you. The Publisher processes it on behalf of the Company and on its instructions, as a processor (Article 28 GDPR).

To exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, etc.), contact the Company first. The hosting, sub-processors and security of the platform are described in the BL Next platform’s privacy policy. The Portal sets no advertising or audience-measurement cookies.

8. End of access

Access to the Portal ends when the Company revokes your link, which then stops working. You may ask the Company to deactivate it at any time. The end of access does not erase your documents held by the Company: in particular, it keeps invoices for the legal retention period (in principle ten years, Article L123-22 of the French Commercial Code), and you may ask it for a copy.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by French law. They may be updated; the date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
