Data hosting

The platform’s database, authentication service and file storage are hosted by Supabase, Inc. — website: https://supabase.com. 4. Intellectual property

The Site, the BL Next platform and all of their components — in particular the BL Next name and logo, the general structure, texts, interfaces, graphic elements, databases and software — are protected by intellectual property law and are the exclusive property of BL NEXT or licensed to it.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, extraction or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the Site or of any of its components, by any process and on any medium whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of BL NEXT. Any unauthorised use may constitute infringement within the meaning of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code and give rise to the liability of its author.

The data and content entered into the platform by client companies remain the property of those companies, under the conditions set out in the terms applicable to the service.

5. Personal data

The processing of personal data relating to the Site and to the BL Next service is described in the privacy policy, which specifies in particular the purposes pursued, the recipients, the retention periods and the arrangements for exercising your rights.
